- Wall Thickness: Minimum 1mm (2-3mm recommended for strength)
- Lid Clearance: 0.2-0.4mm for good fit (adjust based on printer tolerance)
- Infill: 20-30% for general use, 40-50% for heavy loads
- Layer Height: 0.2mm standard, 0.15mm for better fit
- Supports: Usually not needed for standard boxes
- Material: PLA for display, PETG for durability, ABS for strength
